Cute Pic Post -- May 2015

The month of May was the Month of Rain! It was a perfect month for the boys to plant some things in the planter and for me to get a gift of a Maple tree!! We didn't have any damage over the course of all the storms and flooding, so I'm thankful for that. The most annoying thing was just not being able to let the boys play in the backyard because it was essentially a mud pit for the whole month. It took a good week of sun to really dry it up so that it's usable again. Seth wasn't back at work full time until the middle of the month, so we had some good times essentially having a staycation at the house. We had lots of people bring us meals which was awesome and we started going to church again. Carson just hangs out in the last row with Seth and I and he does a really great job most weeks. I don't think we'll put him in the nursery until after his 4 month appt which is in August. This is also the month that our washing machine died and we relied on friends, family, and a laundromat to get us through until our new set could arrive. A family of five, with three boys under 5 including a newborn, plus a dog? not a good time to have the washing machine die.
Helping Daddy water the plants.
Not getting to play outside equals this.
Best seat in the house is right here!
There was a lot of this. He loves being held.

At our friends' house, the boys inspecting the new addition.
ha! The Family who has screen time together stays together?
Another wreath made by my friend Melody. It was some improvisation and I think I like it better than what we had originally wanted to do.
We took the boys to Toys R Us to use their gift cards from Grandma Houston that they got for Christmas. They picked everything out, carried it to the register and handed over the cards.

Sweet boy.
Spending the rest of my life surrounded by these good looking men!

Our sidewalk floods when it rains.
