First Family Rangers Game

We had planned on going to our first Rangers game as a family on April 28th, but Austin broke his leg the day before (which turned him into a major handful!), and we figured that taking him to a Rangers game was more work than it was worth. So, we delayed an entire month (he had the cast for 4 weeks), and finally got to go on May 26th. It was sunny and definitely hotter than I would have preferred, but overall an enjoyable experience.

The family in front of us had a little boy (about 7) that kept saying that Austin was "sooo cute!" :-)

The ticket holder next to us didn't bring his wife, so we actually had the middle 2 seats of four which was awesome!

 It's here that my camera couldn't decide what to focus on. Must. Buy. New. Camera.

He did actually watch some of the game which I thought was awesome.

Though we did have to bribe with some Pirate Booty at times.

And the Rangers won!!!! Though we didn't stay long enough to find that out. We actually went to Mellow Mushroom and ate dinner (and watched the game on tv), and then listened to the rest of the game on the way home. It was on our way home that they finally won, 9-8 in 13th inning!
